A novel ribbon cable connector structure comprises a housing, multiple conductive terminals, and a partition plate. The housing is provided with a transverse accommodating cavity and multiple terminal slots. Each terminal slot includes a wedge-shaped insertion hole and a transverse embedding recess.
Each conductive terminal includes a contact portion, a holding portion, and a soldering portion. The contact portion extends from the wedge-shaped insertion hole into the accommodating cavity. The holding portion is provided with a transverse embedding block that fits into the transverse embedding recess, while the soldering portion is arranged at the lower end of the holding portion and bent outward to extend beyond the accommodating cavity.
The partition plate is detachably mounted at the entrance of the accommodating cavity and positioned at the middle of the housing. Multiple wire holes are provided on the partition plate for wire connection.
Through this design, the wedge-shaped insertion holes and transverse embedding recesses on the housing cooperate with the wedge-shaped contact portions and transverse embedding blocks on the conductive terminals to enhance the structural stability between the terminals and the housing. Meanwhile, the detachable partition plate allows clear separation of terminal types, facilitating wiring and maintenance operations.
